The 28th Annual General Meeting of the members of Ontario Presents (OP) will be held over breakfast on Wednesday June 22nd, 2016 at the Quality Inn, 1 J.R. Drive, Parry Sound, Ontario.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to receive and consider for approval the report of the auditor on the corporation’s audited financial statements for the 8-month year ending March 31st 2016; appoint the auditors for 2016/17; and elect directors to the OP board.
The annual meeting will be held in conjunction with Ontario Presents Annual Spring Retreat being held at the W. Charles Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts June 21-23, 2016.
