Join the Canadian Network for Arts & Learning (CNAL) for the arts education event of the year!

CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT: A CALL TO ACTION FOR ARTS & LEARNING IN CANADA is the theme of CNAL’s 2015 National Conference, scheduled to take place on March 25, 2015 at The Royal Conservatory’s magnificent Koerner Hall. This inspiring event is hosted by the UNESCO Chair in Arts and Learning, The Royal Conservatory of Music, and will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Learning Through the Arts (LTTA).

The National Conference will be the year’s central opportunity to gather with arts supporters, debate key issues, learn about and share research, and discover inspiring new ways the benefits of the arts are being applied across many sectors of society. The day-long program will feature dynamic speakers and presenters including keynote Mary Walsh and MC Ben Heppner, an array of live performances, and we will also unveil a major research project looking at the development of a handbook to evaluate arts-in-learning in multiple settings. The conference will also host a Gala Tribute dinner recognizing the outstanding contribution of Peter Herrndorf O.C., President and CEO of the National Arts Centre for his exceptional work to support the arts and arts education.

REGISTER NOW! The ticket fee includes refreshments, snacks and lunch. Special group rates available for 4 or more people! Please contact info@eduarts.ca to find out how CNAL can configure a conference ticket package for your group.

The conference will support and inspire all those who care deeply about arts education, and all artistic disciplines are welcome.
