Ontario Presents’ Block Booking program offers presenting members unique opportunities to book artists collaboratively with other members. We support our presenters every step of the way—from tour coordination and contracting to marketing and promotion.
Each year, our members join together through the block booking process, developing tours that enrich communities across Ontario. These tours span diverse performing arts disciplines, including contemporary dance, young audience programming, theatre, and music.
The Result? Each season sees more than 50 artist tours and 300+ performances reaching communities province-wide.
Exclusive Access for Presenting Members
The Block Booking program is open only to Ontario Presents member presenting organizations. Artists (and their agents) do not need to be members to be booked, as selections are made independently by presenting members.

The Arts Touring Connector (ATC)
Our Digital Tour Booking Platform
Ontario Presents has developed the Arts Touring Connector (ATC), a digital platform specifically designed to streamline the tour block booking process. The ATC helps presenter networks collaboratively build effective and impactful artist tours, benefiting artists, presenters, and audiences alike.
Launched in 2022 following extensive sector consultations, the ATC was made possible by support from the Government of Canada and the Canada Council for the Arts.
Built on Ontario Presents' proven block booking model, the ATC can be adapted and utilized by any performing arts network interested in block booking. Currently, five presenter networks across Canada use the ATC.
