Do you know the AODA?

If you have even one employee in the province of Ontario who interacts with the public in any way, that person must be trained on the AODA. Do you know what it is? It’s the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and it came into effect in 2005. It is a requirement for any business that functions in this province to be in compliance, and that includes Customer Service Training, compliance with the Employment Standards, the Information & Communications Standards, and eventually the Built Environment Standards!
