The 27th annual, general meeting of the members of Ontario Presents (OP) will be held over a lunch on Saturday November 7th, 2015 in the Grand Ballroom West of the Hilton Hotel, 300 King Street, London, Ontario.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to receive and consider for approval the report of the auditor on the corporation’s audited financial statements for the year ending July 31st 2015; appoint the auditors for 2015/16; consider a motion to change OP’s fiscal year-end to March 31st; and elect directors to the OP board.

The annual meeting will be held in conjunction with Ontario Contact 2015 (November 5-7, 2015) hosted by the City of London. The meeting is open to non-member delegates attending the conference. Directions and map can be downloaded from the Ontario Contact web site at www.ontariocontact.ca
