Blue Sky Day 2017

Blue Sky Day is a once-a-year gathering of members so they may exchange valuable information on trends, issues, opportunities and discuss plans for the year ahead.

Schedule

9:30 am to 12pm - Block Booking meeting (for presenters only) 

12 pm to 1 pm - Hot Lunch (all members welcome) 

1 pm to 4 pm - The afternoon session, entitled Tehotirihwaienawà:kon, will continue the important conversation around presenting Indigenous performing artists. The session will be facilitated by Janis Monture, Director of Tourism and Cultural Initiatives for the Six Nations Development Corporation. 

Tehotirihwaienawà:kon means ”They are Sharing Matters.” This session will bring several Indigenous performing artists together with OP members to share and discuss their artistic practices. 

This year, Blue Sky Day will be take place at the Sanderson Centre at 88 Dalhousie St, Brantford ON.
