The 25th Annual General Members’ Meeting will be held over a breakfast on Friday October 25, 2013, 7:30 a.m. in the BotaniCa, Kitchener-Waterloo Hotel & Conference Centre (formerly the Delta), 105 King Street East, Kitchener, Ontario.
The annual meeting will be held in conjunction with Ontario Contact 2013 (October 24 to 26) hosted by the City of Kitchener. ontariocontact.ca
The purpose of the meeting shall be to receive and approve the corporation’s audited financial statements for the year ending July 31st 2013; the report of the auditor; the election of directors; and the appointment of the auditors.
