Below is an important message from Simon Brault, CEO of Canada Council for the Arts
Dear members of the arts community,
I am pleased to confirm that we expect our portal to be ready to accept your grant applications by end of day Monday, June 5.
Our teams were able to make all the necessary adjustments and quality control testing, in order to offer you the best user experience possible.
To install and launch the newest features, the portal will be offline for 24 hours. As a result, the Council’s portal will be inaccessible between Sunday, June 4 at noon and Monday, June 5 at noon
If you haven’t yet done so, please consult the updated FAQ and deadlines for the various program components.
Don’t forget that your profile must be validated before you can submit a grant application. You must first create a user account in the portal then submit your profile(s) for validation at least 30 days before the date you plan to submit an application. As always, our program officers are available to answer your questions by email or by phone.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you again for your patience and understanding during this transition to the new portal. Many of you sent messages of encouragement over the past few weeks, and I assure you that this was truly appreciated by our teams who have wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to better supporting artistic creation and its dissemination by offering you the best service possible.
