34th Members’ Annual General Meeting

In-Person Meeting
The 34th annual, general meeting of the members of Ontario Presents (OP) will be held on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at 4 pm ET. The meeting will be held in-person on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, specifically the Chippewa, Ojibwa and Potawatomi peoples, under the terms of the Robinson-Huron Treaty #61 of 1850, and the Williams Treaties of 1923 at The Algonquin Theatre: 37 Main St E, Huntsville, ON.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to receive and consider for approval the report of the auditor on the corporation’s audited financial statements for the 12-month period ending March 31st 2022; appoint the auditors for 2022/23; elect directors to the OP board, and receive a presentation on OP’s past year and future ahead.
