CAPACOA has reached an important agreement with Re:Sound.
This agreement covers both certified tariffs, some of which are payable back to 2003, and soon-to-be certified tariffs, which will become payable back to 2008.
These conditions pertaining to payments for past periods and a few other sections of the agreement are exclusive to CAPACOA members as well as members of affiliate presenting networks, including Ontario Presents. In order to communicate all details of the agreement in a confidential manner, Ontario Presents members are invited to register to one of these two webinars:
- Thursday, Jan. 29, 1:00-2:30 pm EST
- Friday, Feb. 6, 1:00-2:30 pm EST — the webinar is now full
- Thursday, February 12, 1:00-2:30 pm EST — Click here to register
There will be a lot to cover in 90 minutes and not much time to dwell on information that isn’t specific to the agreement. Registrants that are not familiar with Re:Sound and with neighbouring rights are strongly encouraged to visit the new Re:Sound section of the CAPACOA website, and to read “What you should know about Re:Sound and Neighbouring Rights”.
Important notes:
When you join the webinar, make sure to provide your exact name and organizations name, as you provided in the registration form. If you don’t, we will not be able to confirm your registration and member status, and you won’t be allowed to join the webinar.
