Culture ministry base spending down, but $25 million going back to the Ontario Trillium Foundation

• Base spending at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport (MTCS) is projected to be $1.39 billion, down from $1.45 billion.
• The $25 million redirected from the Ontario Trillium Foundation in 2016-17 to Ontario150 Community Capital grants is being restored, according to Treasury Board officials.
