At the annual meeting in Parry Sound, the members elected two new directors to the board: Glenn Brown, Theatre Manager of the Sanderson Centre in Brantford and Ronnie Brown, Marketing & Development Coordinator, Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts. Re-elected to the board: Patty Jarvis, Executive Director of Prologue to the Performing Arts and Sam Varteniuk, General Manager of the Registry Theatre in Kitchener.
Continuing to serve their current terms are: Jayson Duggan, Performing Arts Manager, Cultural Services, City of Kingston; Eric Lariviere, General Manager, Flato Markham Theatre for the Performing Arts; Alyson Martin, Co-President, Sioux-Hudson Entertainment Series, and Sara Palmieri, Programming & Marketing Manager, First Ontario Performing Arts Centre.
Colleen Clack, Deputy CAO, City of Guelph will continue to serve on the OP board in the role of Past-President.
Immediately following the AGM, the board appointed the following directors to serve as officers of the board:

- Sara Palmieri, Vice-President
- Eric Lariviere, Treasurer
- Patty Jarvis, Corporate Secretary
