Diversity is a hot topic and a buzz word these days – particularly in the arts and culture sector. But what does it even mean, and is it the right word to use when it comes to delivering the arts? This session will explore the important differences between diversity and inclusion, proposing a radical shift in the way arts groups approach diversity in their programming. This session will provide arts presenters in small towns and urban metropolises, and everything in between, with important tools for navigating diversity in the arts and culture sector.
